ASSESSING YOUR LOADING PATTERNS.
With our knowledge of exercise mechanics, training methodologies and training in general we assess your loading patterns in the gym. This tells us where the breakdown is and where to intervene. This is where many fail in their interventions and knowledge.
We provide you with the tools to empower you to take responsibility for your injuries and pain management, saving you time and money.
Therapy sessions are taken at WE11 gym in central London at 29 -31 Great Portland street, Marylebone, London, W1W 8QF.
Nearest tube – Oxford circus.
We offer limited weekly slots, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
All appointments last 1 hour to allow adequate time to asses, treat and advise.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment.

Before 24 hours of appointment: full refund.
On the day cancellations: no refund.
