WHO IS THE FITNESS REBELS MENTORSHIP FOR?
Trainers who want to take their knowledge, to the next level. Nick will challenge your thought process, teach you how to think critically, assess effectively, and program for your clients.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The course lasts for 16-weeks in the form of an online group mentorship.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
The mentorship has two components per week.
1. One virtual lecture. To accommodate the global Rebels there will be two Zoom lecture times a week that you can choose from:
- 8pm on a Wednesday (GMT)
- 9am on a Thursday (GMT)
2. One virtual workshop. I will run this workshop from my gym where we will run through any questions you have from the lecture that week, plus time to go through the assessments and exercises, so that you can practically see how to use these methods.
The aim of this workshop is interaction and engagement with your fellow Rebels including physical work to activate your learnings.
- The workshop will be held on a Tuesday so that you have time to review the course info before we connect. Times provided at the start of the course based on locations of Rebels.

HOW DO I ACCESS COURSE CONTENT?
You will receive access to the Rebels Crew Members Area for the time that you are a Rebel mentee. Every Sunday the previous weeks section will be unlocked, giving you access to:
- A recording of the previous weeks lecture and workshop.
- A video library of exercises and assessments described in that week’s lecture.
- Any book recommendations for that week.
As a Rebel you will also be invited to join the Fitness Rebels Crew WhatsApp Group where you can ask questions, share knowledge and network with like-minded Rebels.

Course content will be available for 17 weeks (1 week after the final lecture). If you don’t complete the course, you will lose access at the end of that month.
HOW WILL MY KNOWLEDGE BE TESTED?
There will be two exams, one mid-term through and one final. You will have to get 90% to pass.

A successful Rebel needs a full toolbox covering a wide variety of skills and education. To cover not only different areas of health and fitness, mind and body, but also business. To help support you with this, (and for even more reasons to sign up!) you will have access to pre-recorded lectures in the last quarter of the mentorship to support you with key industry topics.
WHEN ARE THE FITNESS REBELS MENTORSHIP INTAKES?
Level One is limited to only 3 intakes a year:
- January – April
- May – August
- September – December
You get all of this for only:
£250 a month this works out as £31.25 per lecture.
ONE upfront payment of £850(a saving of 15%)
This works out as £26.50 per lecture.
If you feel you need more time with the material, you will be able to repeat it straight away at a very heavily discounted rate of £75 a month. There is a lot to cover, plus the mentorship is always developing, so there is always more to come back to learn and progress.
